Tumbles is a Year-Round Program

Tumbles Gymnastics is a year-round program. We bring our prgram to your child's school 12 months a year.

When you enroll your child in the Tumbles Gymnastics program, he or she will stay enrolled until we are notified in writing, via e-mail, that he or she is withdrawing.

A 30-day written notice from you is required to prevent future Tuition charges to your account.

Am I allowed to observe?

Tumbles has an Open Door policy.  Parents may observe a class for 15 to 20 minutes.  It is essential that family members not act in a way that is disruptive or interferes with the educational atmosphere of the class.

How does Tumbles communicate with me?

Tumbles’ primary methods of communication are via email and telephone contact.  Tuition Statements and notices are sent to the email addresses provided by you on the Student Information Form.

Statements are also left at your child’s school in their folder, their backpack or other means provided by the school for family notices.  Statements are prepared and distributed two weeks before Tuition is due.

Communication From Tumbles:  Emails are sent to you from either Karl Bishop at karl@tumbles2flip.com, or from Angie Bishop at tumbles2flip@aol.com.  Please check your email programs to ensure that emails from us do not get put in your junk or spam mail files.

Confidentiality Policy:  It is the strict policy of Tumbles Gymnastics that we do not share your personal information with any other party.

Student Information Forms:  A Student Information Form must be completed each year with your current mailing address and contact information, including home, mobile and work telephone numbers and current email addresses.  Incomplete forms will be returned to you so you can provide us with complete information.

Complete and Accurate Contact Information is Essential:  Being a mobile program, our main avenues of communication with our clients are via telephone and e-mail.  Current contact information for each of our clients is absolutely essential should we need to contact you and to ensure you receive important communications from us.

Changes in Your Contact Information:  If there is a change in your contact information, it is your responsibility to notify the Tumbles’ Office.

Statements and Notices:  Statements and Notices are sent via e-mail to the email address provided by you on the Student Information Form.  Statements and Notices are also placed in your child’s folder, cubby or backpack, depending on the school’s procedures.

Tumbles Program Structure

Tumbles is an Ongoing, Year-Round Program:  We continue instruction through the summer months as well as the school year.  During the summer months (June, July and August) Tumbles offers the FLEX-PAY program where parents pay only for the classes their child will attend.  Families that un-enroll for the summer months are responsible for contacting Tumbles to prevent tuition charges for those months.

Tuition Payments are for TERMS, not Months:  Tumbles classes are divided into 4-WEEK TERMS.  The 4-Week Terms do not always coincide with a calendar month.   Tuition covers only the weeks Tumbles is scheduled at your child’s school.  Regularly scheduled breaks (Thanksgiving week, Winter Break and 4th of July week) are not included in our 4-Week Terms.

Tuition is Due Monthly:  Tuition payments are due by the first day of each month.  Each monthly tuition payment covers a 4-Week Term.  To ensure your child’s continued participation and avoid late fees, Tuition payments must be received by the 5th of the month.  Tuition payments are for 4-Week Terms, only.  TUMBLES GYMNASTICS DOES NOT OFFER A PAY-PER-CLASS OPTION.

Enrollment Procedures - Need to Know

Enrollment Procedure:  Complete all information on the Student Information Form and submit it with your first Tuition payment.  ALL information must be provided and the form must be signed by a parent, or legal guardian.  Accurate contact information is essential.

Student Withdrawal:  Once your child is enrolled in the Tumbles Gymnastics program, he or she will stay enrolled until we are notified by you, in writing, via e-mail, that your child is withdrawing.  A 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE FROM YOU IS REQUIRED TO PREVENT FUTURE TUITION CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

Forms of Payment:  Tumbles accepts cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover and personal check.  For more information on Payments, see below.

We DO Send Out Statements:  Two weeks before Tuition is due, Statements are sent to the email address provided by you and a copy is placed in your child’s folder, cubby, or backpack.  Statements are sent as a reminder each TERM but it remains your responsibility to pay tuition on or before the 1st of the month.  In order to maintain your child’s place in our classes, payment must be received before the 10th of the month.

EASY-PAY Option:  If you are concerned about forgetting to pay before the 1st day of the month, we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you use our convenient EASY-PAY or Credit Card On File option.

Annual Administration Fee:  The Administration Fee is due upon initial enrollment and renewed each September, thereafter.  The Administration Fee is $20.00 for an individual student  and $35.00 for multiple children from your immediate family.  This modest fee is budgeted to defray Tumbles’ substantial administrative costs and includes a t-shirt for each student.

Enrollment Procedures - Nice to Know

10% Family Tuition Discount:  When more than one immediate family member is enrolled at the same time, ONLY the first student in your family pays full tuition.  Tuition for ALL other children is discounted by 10%!

100% Tuition-Back Guarantee:  If after your family’s first 4-week Term of classes at Tumbles you are not entirely happy, Tumbles will cheerfully refund 100% of your tuition for that Term. This guarantee is ONLY for families BRAND NEW to Tumbles Gymnastics (families who have never previously been enrolled).

Payment Procedures

Forms of Payment:  We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and personal checks.  If your check is returned NSF your checking account will automatically be electronically debited by a third party for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $30.00.

When paying by cash, place the money in a sealed envelope with your child’s name and Client ID written on the back of the envelope.

When paying by check, please write your child’s name and Client ID on the check on the memo line.

Tuition Payment Schedule:  Tuition payments are due monthly, on or before the  1st day of the month prior to the beginning of the 4-week TERM.  This allows us to plan appropriately for the number of classes and instructors needed at your child’s school.

Late Tuition Payment Fee:  There is a $10.00 LATE FEE for Tuition not received by the 5th of the month.

Past Due Accounts:  If your child’s Tuition payment has not been received by us on or before the 10th of the month, your child will not be taken for gymnastics class.  Accounts that are habitually late, or with bounced checks, will require a credit card or debit card on file for Tuition payments.

Tumbles’ EASY-PAY Option:  Remembering to pay tuition each month is a source of frustration for many families.  The easiest way to avoid missed or forgotten payments is to enroll in our EASY-PAY program.  With the EASY-PAY program, there is nothing to remember because, once enrolled, your tuition is paid automatically on a monthly basis.  We will input your credit card or debit card number into our encrypted management software and charge tuition payments to that card.  EASY-PAY is very flexible—you can enroll anytime and un-enroll anytime with no penalty.

Missed Classes

Missed Classes:  Tumbles does not offer refunds, credits or makeup classes for absenteeism.  Our schedule and number of instructors are established based on the class enrollment at your child’s school, not attendance.  If your child is going to be absent for an extended period of time, please contact the Tumbles’ office by telephone, 727-849-3100, or by email.

Cancelled Classes:  Rarely, there may be circumstances beyond Tumbles Gymnastics’ control (e.g., mechanical issues or weather-related issues) that prevent Tumbles from conducting a regularly scheduled class.  In the event that a class must be cancelled, a make-up class will be scheduled.  In the unlikely event that a make-up class cannot be scheduled, a credit will be issued to each affected student’s account.

Notices to Families:  Notices are sent to families via the email address provided on the Student Information Form.  Please check your e-mail regularly for notices from Tumbles.  Please check your spam folders and make sure that e-mail from Karl Bishop (karl@tumbles2flip.com)  and Angie Bishop (tumbles2flip@aol.com)  are accepted by your e-mail program and server.  If you do not receive an e-mail from Tumbles within the first month, call us to verify that we have your correct email address.
